Central Michigan University Graduate Scholarships are open to international students worldwide, in any discipline.
Available CMU International Graduate Scholarships 2022/2023
1. Out-of-State Tuition Merit Award
The Out-of-State Tuition Merit Award is available for graduate students who meet all three requirements. Students who meet all the requirements will be eligible to receive the domestic tuition rate amongst their benefits
2. Graduate assistantships
Academic departments provide graduate research, teaching and administrative assistantships. Each graduate assistant works for an individual department or another approved unit within the university, and in return, the student receives tuition waivers and stipends. Both full-time and part-time graduate assistantships are available.
3. Neighbouring Regions Merit Award
The Graduate Neighbouring Regions Merit Award is available to graduate students who meet the following requirements. Students who meet the requirements will be eligible to receive domestic tuition.
4. Legacy Tuition Award
Newly admitted graduate students with a parent or grandparent who earned a degree from CMU may receive this award for resident tuition throughout their academic program.
5. Other scholarships
There are also other CMU graduate scholarships, including the CMU Scholarships, which require applications, Department Scholarships, Campus Employment and External Scholarships.
How-to-Apply: International students will be required to be admitted into their choice departments at CMU and then stand a chance of winning one or more of these scholarships.
